Are the totes actually cleaned between rentals?
Yes — every tote is cleaned and sanitized before it goes out to the next customer. We inspect for damage at the same time. You receive totes that are ready to pack, not whatever condition the last customer left them in.
How does the pickup work? Do I have to go anywhere?
No — you never bring totes back. We deliver to your current address and pick up from your new address. When you're settled in and ready for us to collect, just let us know and we schedule a pickup at your new home. That's it.
What areas do you serve?
We cover a 20-mile radius from our Eastgate / Amelia base — Cincinnati (all neighborhoods), Anderson Township, Milford, Loveland, Mason, Maineville, Fairfield, West Chester, Florence KY, Covington KY, and surrounding Northern Kentucky suburbs. How do I know which package to choose?
Match by number of furnished rooms: Studio or 1-bedroom apartment → Studio/1BR (15 totes). Two bedrooms → 2 Bedroom (25 totes). Three or more bedrooms → 3BR+ (40 totes). If you're between sizes or have a lot of stuff, go up one tier or add a +10 bundle. When in doubt, more totes is always better than not enough.
What if I need more time?
Extensions are easy — $25 per additional week. Just reach out before your 14-day rental ends and we'll add time without any hassle. We know moves don't always go exactly to schedule.
When do I pay?
You save a payment method when you book — but nothing is charged at that point. Your card is verified and charged at delivery. If we can't confirm your date or something changes, you owe nothing. No payment until totes are at your door.
Why use reusable totes instead of cardboard boxes?
Cardboard boxes collapse under weight, get soggy, don't stack evenly, and require tape on every single one. After the move, you're left breaking them down and hauling them out. ToteFlow totes are rigid, lid-locking, and stackable — they hold more, protect better, and disappear from your life the moment you're done. No assembly, no tape, no disposal.
Can I add packing supplies to my order?
Yes — bubble wrap, packing paper, tape, a starter bundle, and specialty boxes (wardrobe, TV, dish pack, mirror) are all available as add-ons. Check the boxes you want in the booking form and everything arrives together on delivery day.
